Apartment house Valerija has 3 apartments:

• A4+1,

• A2+1,

• A2+1

Meanwhile A4+1 and A2+1 can be combined into an A8 apartment.

The A4+1 & A2+1 apartments are located on the second floor.

Apartment A2+1 has:
- a one bedroom 16.5 sq. m with a double bed and pull out couch for one
- the apartment has a sea view - there is a kitchen and
- a bathroom with tub.

The A4+1 has:
- 2 rooms, one with a double bed, one with separated beds,
- a living room with SAT/TV and has a pullout couch for one person
- there is a kitchen, and
- washroom with shower.

Both apartments have large balconies. The floor space of the apartment is 35 sq. m.

The A2+1 is located on the ground floor with a floor space of 35 sq. m.
- there is a large kitchen,
- a loggia for eating area,
- a bedroom with a double bed and extra bed, and
- a washroom with shower.

The apartment also has a SAT TV.

The house has a central heating and it is opened all round the year.

Behind the house is grill and space for eating and in front of the house there is a garden and big parking place for 4-6 cars.

The house is situated nearby hotel "KAKTUS" and sport centre Supetar. There are only 4-5 minutes to the beach .
